I was not surprised when the charges were dropped, Nor really when the tabloid producers who latched on choose to have the limo stop at the school he once worked at.I would go so far as to speculate some P.A was ready with a throw away cell to alert the police to his presence had the school staff not noticed him, Not that his standing outside the school violated any law, but it made great copy.
A sick fuck he may be but soon he will be a very wealthy sick puppy, and of course someone soon enough will call for the passage of more laws to protect us.
